What is the lead time?

The standard lead time is 2-3 weeks.

What is the MOQ?

MOQ is 1000-10000pcs for housing, header. For terminals, MOQ is 1-5 reels.

What are standard package methods?

Housing: PE bag;
Header: 1, SMT type: tape & reel; 2, Through-hoe type: PE bag, tray, or tape & reel.
Terminal: reel.

Can I get free samples?

Most of the time you can get free samples for our standard type.

What are payment methods?

Wire transfer, PayPal.

What are payment terms?

For new clients, standard payment term is adanve payment.
For regular clients, we offer monthly payment depends on trade history (order amount, order frequency, company scale etc).

Can you make custom connectors?

Yes, we have strong R&D team to customize connectors upon your requirements.

Do you make custom cable assemblies?

Yes, we do. Related: custom cable assmblies.

Would I have legal problem using molex connector alternatives?

No. Different manufacturers has their own cross parts for other manufacturers. You won’t have any problem using the parts. If there is legal problem, we wouldn’t have been able to produce them for 10+ years.

Where are you located?

We are located in Dongguan City, Guangdong province, China.

Do you have have distributors or agents?

No, currently we only sell by ourself.
